At Citylife, we’re looking per 1 July 2023 for a proactive and ambitious Operations & event intern. In this position, you’re supporting our Operations team in the daily operations of managing our apartment portfolio and our community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the daily operations of managing our apartment portfolio and our community
- Promoting our apartments and events on online channels
- Hosting apartment viewings with potential members
- Communication with our entire community of members as well as contractors, marketing and community partners
- Organizing community events to boost our community
- Coordinating logistics, helping out with the event budget and creating post-event reports
- Being active during community events
Profile
- University level education, preferably in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English, speaking and/or writing Dutch is a nice-to-have
- Proactive, ambitious and dedicated person
- Highly customer-friendly and detail-oriented
- Creative and innovative
- Available for at least 4 days a week, minimum of 5 months with the possibility of continuing full/part time. Internship salary of €500,- per month based on a full-time internship.
- Living in the area of Rotterdam
In addition to these qualities, it is above all important that you fit within the team, philosophy and culture of Citylife. You have excellent communication and social skills. Citylife aims to purchase at least 2 buildings in 2023. For now, the focus is on The Netherlands. After succeeding, expansion to other European cities is the goal.
