To bring our Operations to the next level, we are looking for an Operations Manager who can help us improve our asset management, operations and accelerate our community engagement.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, ambitious and dedicated person who wants to be part of a fast-moving company. We need you to be a positive, detail-oriented, customer-friendly, and creative person.

As our Operations Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the Operations department. This department deals with the technical, financial and commercial management of the real estate portfolio, plus it also organizes events for our community. On top of the daily operations, the department is also working on strategic projects aimed at improving the customer journey of the members. Your strong communication skills will come in handy when speaking to our members, contractors, owner associations and investors. Your role will be to make sure all parties are aligned, processes are in place and requests are being processed. Last but not least we count on you to be a representative of the Citylife brand and help us build awareness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Minimum three years of working experience
  • University-level education
  • Managing the technical, financial and commercial management of our real estate portfolio
  • Managing the organization of community events
  • Support financial team
  • Develop and enhance operational processes

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with organizational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of technical problem solving
  • Attention to details
  • Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and preferably Dutch
  • Interested in real estate and co-living
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a pre

Salary: Market level based on experience and skills
