At Citylife, we’re looking per today for a proactive and ambitious Operations Manager. In this position, you’re responsible for improving our asset management, operations and accelerate our community engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily processes related to financial, technical and commercial management
- Managing the organization of events for our community
- Support financial team
- Develop and enhance operational processes
- Leading strategic projects aimed at improving the customer journey of our members
- Communicating and aligning with all stakeholders, including members, contractors and investors
Profile
- University-level education
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with organizational and time management skills
- Great attention to details
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a pre
- Fluent in English and preferably Dutch
- Living in the area of Rotterdam

Citylife aims to purchase at least 2 buildings in 2023. For now, the focus is on The Netherlands. After succeeding, expansion to other European cities is the goal.
