About Citylife

Citylife is a tech-driven real estate startup specialized in (re)building co-living apartments based on the needs of young people. We perform an end-to-end approach, where we purchase the real estate, refurbish, rent, and manage it. With this way of working, we can assure a top-notch experience among our members. We create high-quality apartments that friends can share, while we provide them great service during their stay. Furthermore, co-living makes living in the very heart of the city affordable for students and young professionals.

Our vision for Citylife is to become a love-brand for renting co-living apartments that acts as a recognizable quality stamp all over Europe. But Citylife offers more than just a beautiful and modern home for you and your friends. You become part of an active community and also gain access to various Citylife events. This makes you a Citylife member (and not just a tenant).

Citylife is growing fast. We’re in the transition from buying and renting out single apartments to purchasing, refurbishing, and renting out co-living buildings. The first building of 300 m2+ has been purchased recently, but many will follow in the next year. To prepare for rapid growth, we’ve implemented Salesforce as our core system. We’re looking for a Product Manager that can take the lead in streamlining our processes even further.

Job description and responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive, ambitious and creative Product Owner that will gather feature requests, schedule releases and coordinate sprints. You identify stakeholders’ needs and determine the scope. You will have to check and test the work that is delivered by the developers. On a daily basis, you’ll have to solve product related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track. You are responsible and accountable for the created product(s) and will have a leading role in the further development of our IT systems. This means that we expect you to be strategic, detailed focused, entrepreneurial and creative, but you should also have strong communication skills and be a good listener.
