We have refurbished every apartment that is being rented by us. This allowed us to purposely (re)built the apartment into a shared apartment meant for coliving. Our coliving apartments consist of equally sized private bedrooms with space to sleep, study and store personal belongings, mixed with communal areas where you can spend time with friends, prepare dinner or watch television. Bathrooms are typically shared with 2 or 3 people.
The apartments are refurbished to last for decades. Sustainable A-brand materials are used that remain their looks, quality and functionality, among others Bruynzeel, Grohe, Villeroy & Boch, Jung and Velux.

Because no one likes the hassle of moving, we provide fully furnished apartments. Our homes are equipped with literally everything you need, from a coffee machine to bedsheets, from a large TV to cutlery. Someone only has to bring their personal belongings clothing and tooth brush. All the rest is already at your disposal.
Nothing is worse than not having Internet the first days of renting a place. Therefore, our team is ready to help you with providing Internet and/or utilities on request. In this way, you don’t have to worry about contracts or being disconnected from the world. As soon as you arrive, you are welcomed with highspeed wi-fi.

We consider it normal that you can reach out to us 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. On our community portal you can submit requests, adjust personal details and check related documents. People can also reach out to their community manager, who is always in close contact with members. By phone, email, Whatsapp, Facebook, it doesn’t matter. We will always be ready to help you.

What is more fun than socialize and hang out with likeminded people? We connect our members to each other both online and offline. On our community portal, you can easily subscribe to groups that are interested in sports, movies or chess. If you walk into a problem, just post it on our discussion channel and loads of people are ready to help you.
We also organize regular community events. These gatherings are accessible and meant for members to meet each other. The events can vary from rooftop parties to collectively participate in the local marathon.

Citylife only rents apartments, not rooms. Therefore, you will have to find 1 or more roommates yourself that you would like to share an apartment with. Citylife does not interfere in this process. If you have found your preferred roommates, you are ready to find your new home.
Next stop, you select one of the premium Citylife apartments as your new home. You can find all (soon) available apartments on the Find your home section. Fill out your information to view the apartment and if you like it, apply easily and securely through our digital onboarding form.
After we have received everyone's documents and performed a (financial) check, we will send you a digital agreement. No need for printing and scanning, as you can sign through DocuSign. On the move-in date, we will welcome you at the apartment and hand over the keys.
During your stay, we regularly invite you for community events with all our members. You can also proactively contact likeminded people on our portal. Just join the sports group for fun sport activities or find your new buddies with whom you can enjoy a drink and a chat.
